wing belongs to the Ingersoll Soccer Club. We do not have access to
this wing and they do not have access to our area. The WHOLE upper floor

Cleaning
- A reminder to all members. By tidying up after ourselves, our maintenance
costs can be kept to a minimum. Thank you by helping keep our Centre
clean daily.
Coffee/Tea Stations
- Coffee

making instructions have been posted and any member is welcome to make
coffee as long as instructions are followed. If the coffee is not for
a program check all coffee station areas (activity room, dining room,
members lounge) before making a pot. This will help to reduce coffee
being thrown out.
- One cup of coffee/tea is included in your user fee. Every additional
cup will be 50 cents a cup. This includes before, during or after
programs. This can be paid into the “coffee jar” at any coffee station.
- Here at the Centre, we pride ourselves on being warm, friendly
and welcoming, with a warm cup of coffee to greet you or refresh
you during or after a program.
- Our coffee is the best price in town when it usually includes
a cookie or two. Everyone enjoys this “perk” at the Centre, however
we need you to help us keep the costs down.
- Please remember to donate to the coffee jars located around
the Centre. It is on the honour system and when everyone contributes,
it helps tremendously.
- Thanks to all members who prepare coffee and return cups to
the kitchen for washing
Footwear - Please
remove outer footwear during the winter season. This will help us avoid
falls and extra cleaning costs. Bring an extra pair of shoes or slippers
to avoid slipping
Front Doors - Automatic
door openers have been installed for each of the 2 front doors for easy
access.
Kitchen Area
- Jackie van Trigt & Joyce Banbury are responsible for planning
and preparing meals; one on Thursday for the Rotary club and one on
Wednesday for Members. They welcome any suggestions and ideas for meals.
We continue to look for volunteers to help out with setting of tables,
assisting with food preparation and cleaning up after meals. Training
will be provided for proper food handling techniques as well as instructions
on operating the dishwasher. Please contact one of the Staff or Council
Members for more information.
Kitchen Washroom
Facilities - To decrease the traffic flow in the kitchen and
help to prevent falls or accidents we have designated the kitchen washroom
to be used only by kitchen helpers. Thank you for your cooperation in
this matter.

We are very pleased to have Christine Webber with us. However, we would
like to remind members to continue to clean up after programs to help
keep our centre tidy.

when the air conditioning is on.
